From Philadelphia:
Take I-95 South into Delaware
Take exit 5A-B onto DE 141 N
Take the first exit onto DE 4 W
Go approx. 2.5 miles then turn left into First State Industrial Park (First State Blvd.)
The studio will be on the left hand side in the First State Production Center
From Baltimore:
Take I-95 North into Delaware
Take exit 4A onto DE 7 N
Stay on the main road for approx. 3.7 miles (it will turn into DE 4 E)
Turn right into First State Industrial Park (First State Blvd.)
The studio will be on the left hand side in the First State Production Center
